Waitlist & Purchase Process
A Structured Placement Path From Approval to Homecoming.
Bringing a Maine Coon into your home is a long-term commitment. Our process is designed to protect the kitten, guide the family, and keep every step clear.
Deposit
Once a family is approved and a kitten or waitlist placement is confirmed, a non-refundable reservation deposit secures the placement and is applied toward the purchase price.
Select
Selections are made according to availability, evaluation timing, and compatibility. We match kittens based on temperament and household fit, not simply color preference.
Pay
The remaining balance is due prior to or at pickup and delivery. Card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Stripe, Klarna, Zelle, and wire transfer are referenced in the client materials.
Homecoming
Kittens join their new families when healthy, altered, prepared, and developmentally ready to transition home with confidence.
Agreement & Timing
A written agreement is completed to protect both parties and to clarify payment timing, guarantees, and care standards before transfer.
We reserve the right to decline placement if a home is not the right fit.
Our responsibility is to the lifelong well-being of the kittens we raise.
